Shortcode isn't sorting

    Hi,

    I’m trying to use the shortcode [thumbs_rating_top] which is returning values, but they’re not the top values and they’re not being sorted.

    When I adjust the shortcode as follows:

    [thumbs_rating_top type=”positive” posts_per_page=”5″ post_type=”post” show_votes=”yes”]

    It’s giving me results in the following order:

    1. Post A (1)
    2. Post B (3)
    3. Post c (1)
    4. Post D (2)
    5. Post E (4)

    It is returning me the most recent posts, and in no particular order. I know I have another post with a higher rating that is older and not being shown, for example.

    I’m using version 2.4 of your plugin which otherwise, is working great 🙂

    Update:

    Sorting it by negative posts (i.e. ‘type=negative’) seems to work just fine… so I have no idea why positive isn’t!

    Hi there,

    I just tried on a local installation and it works. Not sure how to help you here.

    Could it be another plugin or the theme? Could preview your site in one of the default themes and see if the result is the same?
