Shortcode issue?

Hi Tom,
thank you for the amazing plugin.
Actually I bought a theme (Uplift by Swiftideas http://uplift.swiftideas.com/ ) and that theme comes with your plugin. The theme comes with several header options, but the one I need of course not available instantly: I need a mega menu on the left side of the header (similar to this: http://shop.lululemon.com/)

One of their header has an option to add short codes to certain parts of the header – that is what I need. So I created a short code menu using this https://www.maxmegamenu.com/documentation/integration-options/shortcode/ added the shortcode, but unfortunately it does not works as expected. The styling of the text does not follow the theme’s main setup and the menus are underneath each other too.

I am developing locally at the moment…
If you could point me in the right direction, that would be much apprciated.
