Shortcode issues

Hi
I am using this plugin to encode and get thumbnail from self hosted videos.
I’ve got ffmpeg library installed, adn it appears to work fine, it creates thumbails correctly but don’t set the shortcode attribute right, and when using do_shortcode, it strips width and height attributes, so video shows at 0x0px size
Any thoughts?
