    Hi there,

I have a website based on WordPress with a Divi theme and a problem with [mailpoet_page] shortcode. It is the only shortcode that does not render. I tried both WordPress default editor and Divi builder; the same effect. It doesn’t work in preview and live too. How to fix it? Is there any other option to get the URL needed to unsubscribe?

Could you please describe what are you trying to achieve exactly? Please bear in mind that if you are adding the shortcode to create for instance a custom Unsubscribe page… you will also need to declare that under ‘MailPoet > Settings > Basic…tab’

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

    Cheers!
