    Hi Mailpoet-Team,

I added the shortcode [mailpoet_page] to my site, but it is not rendering. I deactivated all my plugins, its still there. I’m using thrivethemes as a theme.

The shortcode [mailpoet_manage_subscription] instead is rendering.

What can I try / do with this issue?

    Thanks and Regards
    Patrick

You will not be able to view [mailpoet_page] through the preview button in the page editor or if you publish and try to view the page.

After having your new page created and published, access MailPoet > Settings > Basics.

On the Basics tab, go to the Unsubscribe page section and select the custom Confirmation page created for it. See screenshot.

You can click the preview link to view how your page is rendered.

    I hope this helps.

    Hi Ojoma,

    thanks for your answer.
Yes I know that, its only visible through the preview button. But it’s still not rendering.

Yes I know that, its only visible through the preview button. But it’s still not rendering.

Can you please let us know if you’re using a custom page builder, such as Divi or Oxygen?

If that’s the case, can you please try to save the page with the shortcode using the Gutenberg editor and let us know if it helps?

    Hi there @preymann,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
