Shortcode make blog crash

Hello,

I have been using Resume Builder for a couple weeks and everything was fine. I’ve been building this website with it and have a couple resumes. They were loading fine using the shortcode [rb_resume id=”34″]

But since last Saturday, it stopped working. The pages are not loading (they just load forever without displaying anything, not even the page). When I remove the shortcode, it loads fine, when I add it back it stops working.
The other shortcodes are working fine.

I don’t know what to do. Can anyone help?
