You can choose : Strip shortcode -> off in excerpt options. Hope that help !

but unfortunately this is what I did. Before the last update I did not worry, but now I can’t “bypass” shortcodes. In the meantime I put an old version :-p

I m using the last version of WP (and also buddypress)
In fact I think I understand my problem. When the shortcode is just the beginning of post, it is not stripped.
I added a line of text just before the shortcode and it works like a charm.
