Hi,
Sounds strange.
Maybe try tags.
1. Add a tag to the rules in the plugin listing table (Dashboard -> Fetch Tweets -> Manage Units) Say, for example, you set favorite.
2. Then put a shortcode [fetch_tweets tag="favorite"] in a post.
thanks for fast reply
I ‘ve tried that already. apparently setting the tags is fine but when i try use the widget i get the message “No result could be fetched.”
same happens if i tried it using the shortcode. no results at all…
any ideas ?
quite strange that suddenly i get the tweets using favorite as a tag for both… but still i get the tweets of one rule only. if i add a second rule i loose the items of the first.
It could be that all the new tweets are from one rule. The plugin only display a set number of latest tweets. So if the set number of tweets are all from one rule, then the tweets of other rule will not be shown.
So check the date of the latest tweets in each rule and make sure one of it is not older than the oldest tweet of the other rule.
ohhhhh i see :-)))) increasing the number of tweets does the trick :-)))))
my second rule displays older tweets. if you have a first rule with many tweets then the 2nd one will display tweets as you said
so case is closed.
thank you .
You are welcome! Glad to hear you sorted it.
Would be appreciated if you could take a few minutes to write a comment about the plugin.
