    Hello

I’m having trouble getting the google reviews to display on the front end of my site.

I can add the shortcode to the page editor ok, but after saving and checking the live version of the site, the google reviews do not appear.

    Front end page: https://snipboard.io/TzH6vD.jpg

    Can you help?
    Thanks!

    Hi @offthepage

It seems the issue might be caused by a cache plugin. Could you try excluding the following file: https://cdn.trustindex.io/loader.js from your cache settings?

Also, may I ask which cache plugin you’re currently using?

Please let me know if you need further assistance—I’d be happy to help! 😊

    Best regards,
