Shortcode not orking

Hi,

I installed the plugin last night but can’t seem to get it to work. I know the plugin is installed correctly as I can use the widget elsewhere on the page and it’s just a shame that the theme I’m using won’t allow a theme here I need the donate button.

When I use the code [paypal-donation] I simply get a returned shortcode and not the actioned output. I have left the page up that I’m testing on, it’s at http://grandadevans.com/resources/wordpress-plugin-to-link-and-obfuscate-telephone-numbers/
The shortcode has been placed both at the head of the main content section to ensure nothing is messing with it further down the page and on the sidebar.
