Shortcode not returning anything

    Great plugin but unfortunately nothing gets returned.

    I tried to insert the shortcode via a custom field (wysywig editor) as well as echoing directly in the template using <?php echo do_shortcode("[socialfeed id='322']"); ?> but nothing at all gets returned.

    I enabled “facebook feed” as well as “feed settings” from the plugin settings page and filled in Facebook page and app ids and secret key.

    Can you shed any light on this

    Hi Pierrick! I’m having the same issue, did you end up getting this fixed? I noticed you had a different facebook widget on your home page. Do you mind telling me which one? It’s something I’d like to use too 🙂

    I did not manage to get it working and the plugin author did not bother to reply so I had to find an alternative solution and went for the free version of this plugin – Custom Facebook Feed (https://smashballoon.com/custom-facebook-feed/)

    Hi,

    I apologize for not responding on time,

    THe issue could be something else, You were adding the shortcode to your template properly if a javascript error occurs it does not display the feed.

    @hanafejzic Please share the URL of the page where you added the shortcode I might be able to help you.

    I also am not getting any feed on my page.
    I have tried using the shortcode [socialfeed id=’1400′] both in a text widget box and also downloaded a shortcode widget plug in. Neither are working.

    The url it should appear on is http://www.melges2aus.com.au

    Can you please advise?
