Shortcode not showing Facebook comments?

Is there a reason why the shortcode version won’t show the actual list of comments? I actually need the Facebook comments to not show automatically under the article but show them in a different spot of the single post template.

When I put the shortcode in to do so, it doesn’t show the Facebook comments like the automatic version does. How can I make it so that the shortcode does display the comments within the comment form?
