Shortcode not working

I’ve just migrated a website to a new domain, upgrading to WP4.1.1 in the process but keeping the same theme. The [soundy button] shortcode works OK on the original website within a text widget but fails to give me a play/pause button on the new site.
Any ideas why this might happen?
