It should work. Right now you have AddToAny installed on educaccess.org but apparently not yet enabled.
With AddToAny enabled, point to a page you’re using the shortcode on so folks here can take a look.
You can also try clearing your site’s cache, and temporarily disabling other plugins to see if another plugin is causing an issue.

I meant “activated,” sorry to confuse. You have AddToAny activated right now, but the buttons are not appearing on your site.

In Settings > AddToAny, which Placement options do you have checked?
Have you tried temporarily switching themes and/or disabling other plugins?
