shortcode not working

I’ve been using the EBD plugin for several months with no issue, but now the shortcake isn’t working as expected.

Here’s the shortcake used:

…and here’s what is displayed on my page, in place of the expected form:[contact-form-7 id=”5020″ “>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> CLICK TO DOWNLOAD <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<“]

*note that >>>CLICK TO DOWNLOAD<<< is the name of the download in this case.
