shortcode not working

    The button on the page editing window generates the following when trying to use the one group I have created:

    [Staff_Directory_WD cats=”37,” type=”full” order=”undefined” tab=”1″]

    this results in an error message:

    Error thrown
    [] operator not supported for strings

    When using the same button for a single profile, the code is coming out correctly.
    [Staff_Directory_WD id=”153″]

    Hi @dwobbit04!

    Could you please try switching the website theme to another, and see if the problem remains? Also, you can deactivate the plugins one by one and see when the issue stops occurring.

    When I deactivate everything except “Team WD” the error goes away but the page displays as blank, even when changed to one of the three default installed themes. I then activated each of the other plugins with the same result on all of them except the one mentioned below (which I then deactivated and continued testing”

    The plugin causing the error to be thrown is “NextGEN Gallery”.

    I am still not able to view the Team WD page since it is coming back blank now. What do I need to do to make this work? I am using the Best Magazine Them by WD…
