shortcode not working

Does this plugin work with all Genesis child themes? I am trying to use it on Altitude Pro and it is not working:

1. When I click “send to text editor”, it does not insert the appropriate short code (I even installed classic editor to see if that was required)
2. When I manually insert the short code [properties_details], it displays just like that on when I view the listing.
3. Featured image is not displaying either.

So, that brought me here to ask if this plugin works on all Genesis themes. Here is the link to one of the listings ono my staging server where I am testing https://dh.tracikay.com.au/listings/floorplan-3/
