Shortcode not working

Hello i am trying to setup your plugin. Everything clear with the settings but when i try to display the booking calendar with the shortcode that i found in your documentation nothing happens. Basically the page don’t recognize the shortcode and display it as a text. I am using The Bridge Theme with WP Bakery if this matter.
