Shortcode not working

    I’m using the classic editor and trying to add shortcode into either a blog post or page.

    I’ve simply copied and pasted the shortcode within the post but it doesn’t display (neither does the actually shortcode text). when loading the page it appears to flash like something’s loading – but then doesn’t appear like something’s blocking it.

    I’ve successfully used other shortcode in this way.

    Any ideas?
