Hi there,
what do you mean by the “standard options” and “take priority”?
Could you explain this in detail, please? Maybe some screenshots could help us to understand the issue.
Thanks for your cooperation.
Have a nice day!
Hi Ivan, thank you for your quick response.
To confirm, I am using the shortcode'[yith_wapo_show_options]’. This does display the options (the top dropdown of screenshot #1) however as you can see another set of options are also displayed, not generated via shortcode.
I have tried both ‘Options position in product page’ Before and After ‘add to cart’ however it is the same result. I also tried simply hiding those ones with CSS however changing the shortocode dropdown option has no effect, as the hidden value seems to be the value submitted. Perhaps I am missing a simple way to select that the options should only be displayed via shortcode?
Thanks
Edit: Sorry I just realised there is no option to upload screenshots. If you need this, how can I provide it?

Hi there,
could you provide a URL where I can check the shortcode with the add-ons, please?
You can provide the screenshots using the tool “Link” with the URL of the image (you should upload it to a page where they provide you an URL).
Let us know, please.
Have a nice day!

Hi Ivan, thanks again for your response. Whilst I haven’t found a solution to the issue I had I have found a suitable workaround. It is possible that I experienced the issue due to placing the shortcode outside of the WooCommerce form (using Elementor).
I’m happy to close off this ticket, though if it is something you’d like to proceed I’d be more than happy to supply further information.
Thanks
Danny.
