• Hello, I tried to use seatreg into my website, but after following all the steps, the shortcode always shows my homepage instead of the map. I tried changing my theme, deactivate plugins but I found no solution. At the moment my theme is hello elementor and I’m using Elementor as page builder

  • Hi, it works with element or (I’m using it)

On the designated page for seatreg edit it in elementor and add the shortcode block to the page and enter the shortcode.

You can even add multiple rooms to one page by using the designated shortcodes.

On top of the page you can create a menu and use ankers to swiftly jump to the correct room.

    Hey,
Yes, some people have problems using the SeatReg shortcode with Elementor. I have not been able to reproduce the problem (for me it just works). I believe it might be caused by some Elementor setting or Elementor plugins. You can search this support forum to find related threads that might help.
