Shortcode not working anymore?

    Suddenly shortcode does work any more…

    For example in one page we use:

    [connections enable_search=’TRUE’ image_width=100 name_format=”%first% %last%” allow_public_override=’TRUE’]

    and the page comes up blank.

    It use to work fine.
    We use
    Business Directory 9.11
    Business Directory Extension – Login 2.11
    Business Directory Template – Circled 1.3
    Business Directory Toolbar 1.1
    on WordPress 5.5.1 running Codex theme.

    Looking at the page source, it does appear the shortcode is working as the are 7 Entries shown in the source.

    Can you please try switching to the Default Connections template to verify if it the template or something else causing the issue?

    By adding the template=”profile” to the shortcode makes it show the entries, so it must be a problem with the template.

    Did you by chance make any code changes to the Circled template?

    Sorry I replied to the email thinking it would get back to you…
    My answer was: “I did not, but last year, I think you did to address an issue with the link to details showing even if the details were private…”

    Since this is regarding the Circled template, can you please login to your account and submit a support ticket. WP.org forum rules do not permit the support of commercial addons for plugins listed in their repo.
