Shortcode Not Working for Homepage

Hi,
I put the shortcode [wunderground location=”Cruz Bay, VI” numdays=”7″ layout=”incredible”] on my hompage and the weather forecast does not show and 2) it removed the footer.

P.S. I also do not see where to put the API developer key.
