Shortcode Not Working in Elementor

Hi,
I’m trying to hide parts of a page created with elementor by certain users with the shorcodes that the Content Control plugin makes available.
When I put shorcodes on the page, I specify which users can see that part of the page;
Once the shorcode is written, it correctly removes the part I wanted, but doesn’t show it to whoever is authorized.
Below I write the shortcode I used:

for completeness of information I insert the two shortcodes in an html block (I tried to insert them in the “shortcode” blocks, but it doesn’t work)
