Hi @n33d,
I see you’re referring to the shortcode added to your custom Confirmation page, right?
Can you please let us know if you’re using a custom page builder?
If so, I’d suggest trying to create a new page using the Gutenberg editor without any custom template and letting us know if it works.

Hi @bruberries,
Thank you for your reply. I’m using Advanced Custom Fields and using the shortcode just in a WYSIWYG field. Do I need to do anything to make this shortcode work in this field?
Hi @n33d,
By checking the Advanced Custom Fields documentation, they mention that shortcodes can be used within a WYGIWYG to display another field’s value and they will only work for simple text-based values.
So I’m afraid this would work with the [mailpoet_page] shortcode.
Is there any way you can create this page without using Advanced Custom Fields or by adding the shortcode directly to the text editor?
Hi @n33d,
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
