Hi there!

The shortcode is just showing up rote on our website frontend, as [our-team]. here is a link though it is guarded by a spashpage. Can add a user if necessary:

Any ideas how to troubleshoot this? I suspect it’s a conflict with our theme…

Hi Jenn

My name is Samantha and I work with Smartcat.

Its possible you’ve written [our-team] into the “Visual” editor window instead of the “Text” window. So on your “Our Team” page, just double check that and move it over if needed.
