Shortcode Not Working Properly

I’ve used this plugin countless times and you guys have always come through! First time experiencing an issue now. I have two forms and the goal is to have either one shown based off role. When I try logging in to the correct accounts with the roles, it shows a blank screen. I’ll put the short code I am using down below.

[content_control roles=”subscriber”][formidable id=2][/content_control]
[content_control roles=”gold”][formidable id=23][/content_control]

I’ve tried also adding in the logged_out=0 with no luck either. Any help is appreciated!
