Shortcode Not Working : subscription_plans=”none”

You indicate here that if i use the following shortcode — [pms-register subscription_plans=”none”] — I can prevent the payment details from showing up on the Register page when i want to use it strictly as just a signup page…but it doesn’t work. The credit card information shows anyway. I only have one product that I’m selling so i even tried the exclude shortcode for that product and that didn’t work either. Am i doing something wrong ?
