    Hello,

I’m currently using Customize WordPress Emails and Alerts – Better Notifications plugin on multiple production sites as well as one test (minimal) site I specifically setup to work this issue.

I’ve created a notification of type New User Registration – For Admin on each site. The template is identical…

    New User Registration Notification

    User ID: [user_id]

    User Login: [user_login]
    User Email: [user_email]

    User IP Address: [user_ip_address]

    Current Date: [current_date]
    Current Time: [current_time]

The shortcode [user_ip_address] does not work and instead displays the shortcode rather than the expected value in each notification sent. All other shortcodes work as expected.

I ran through this troubleshooting guide (https://betternotificationsforwp.com/documentation/how-can-i-receive-the-best-support/) with no success.

Running WP 6.4.2 with WooCommerce 8.4.0.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks

    Hi @cambro,
    Thanks for your message.

This has previously been reported and will be fixed in the next release of BNFW. There is no exact timeframe for this at present but it should be soon.
