Shortcode not working with Page Builder

Hi,

I want to add the ratings to some of my pages but on all pages created with content builder the shortcodes are not working.
I use the widget plugin “shortcode widget” to add shortcodes to the page.
The stars show up but it is not possible to rate.
The same plugin with the same shortcode is working in the footer of the page.

It would be nice if you can give me a tip how to get this working.
