Shortcode Not Working with Masonry Layout

I’m creating a blog with a masonry layout, so for each post it shows the featured image, title, date, and a carousel created with slide anything (it’s a carousel of linked images for readers to shop the post). The shortcode works perfectly on normal pages, however when incorporated into the masonry layout, it seems to conflict with the owl carousel, as looking into the code (using google chrome), when used with the masonry layout, I lose all the owl carousel html. Anyone have any solutions to why this might be happening/why it might be conflicting? Been working on it for days and can’t figure it out!!
