Shortcode not works wordpress custom Page template

    Hello

    This shortcode works in the post,page [featured-content-slider cat_id=”278″ slides_scroll=”2″ slides_column=”3″]

    but it does not work in WordPress custom page templates.
    The column not sliding properly how can I fix this issue

    Custom Page template added code
    <?php echo do_shortcode(‘[featured-content-slider cat_id=”278″ slides_scroll=”2″ slides_column=”3″]’) ?>
