Shortcode only displaying link, not feed

    My client reported the Facebook feed was no longer displaying. I’ve updated to WP 4.4 and the 1.5.2 version of this plugin. The page is still only displaying a link to the page.

    I’ve tried deactivating all the other plugins, but that didn’t change anything. Here’s the shortcode I’m using:

    [facebook-page-plugin href=”decaturcitylimitless” width=”450″ height=”725″ cover=”false” facepile=”false” tabs=”timeline” cta=”false” small=”false” adapt=”true” link=”true” linktext=”” lang=”en_US” ]

    I’ve also tried just the simplest version of this shortcode and it still only displays the link:

    [facebook-page-plugin href=”decaturcitylimitless”]

    Any ideas?

    Hi slushman,

    The plugin is working fine for me: Screenshot

    For it to be working on some devices but not others means that it is a client-side issue. Could you please try the following:

    • Try a different browser
    • Disable any ad blockers
    • Make sure JavaScript is enabled
