Hi. I figured out this happens when enabling reCaptcha. I turned it off and now it doesn’t override the design. I assume it isn’t suppose to work this way, corrrect?
You can turn off reCaptcha for a particular form from the form’s Dashboard -> Global Overrides settings. For your requirement, you’ll have enable reCaptcha from the Global Settings and then disable it for the forms on which it is not required. Then the reCaptcha will only appear on the form where it is required.
The Global Overrides settings are available only with the Premium versions. So the standard version doesn’t allow turning reCaptcha on for selective forms.
Will it be possible for you to share with us the list of other plugins you are using? We will try to recreate the environment on our test servers for further analysis.
Could you please confirm that you have updated to the latest version? If so and the issue persists, could you share its screenshot with us? Also please share the following information:
your browser and its version
your WP and PHP version
We need this information to understand the fringe scenario that might be causing the issue. On our test servers, with the latest patch, we are unable to replicate the problem.
