Shortcode – page down (error 500)

Hi

I have this website under development (RTL) and I just installed the free version of this plugin in order to test it before I purchase the pro version.

But once I updated the shortcode within the post editor and click UPDATE the page change to HTTP error 500 in Back End and Front End, once I remove the shortcode both back to live.

Wordpress version 4.9.2 with Goodnews Theme (momizat.com)

I checked it out with your online support and they direct me to here

Hello,

Sorry for late reply. Can you please send us the theme on our mail id so that we can test the plugin? ([email protected]) Also please send us list of plugins that you are using.

I wrote back to your support 5 days ago and Im still waiting for your answer…

You probably saw that warning because the guys from the Theme fixed an issue at the same time, I rechecked and there is no warning

Can you please advise ?

If it will works properly I will purchase the pro version – but I have to see it works before I do.

Please deactivate try with deactivating each plugin one by one and check the issue.
