Shortcode parameter to exclude password protected pages

    Nice plugin, quite flexible.

    Can we have a [wp_sitemap_page] shortcode specification that would exclude password protected pages from the site map displayed?

    The ‘WP Sitemap Page’ Settings screen provides an option to exclude password protected pages, but this option affects all uses of the [wp_sitemap_page] shortcode site-wide. I’d like to have this choice in the individual pages where the shortcode is used, something like [wp_sitemap_page exclude_password_protected=”true”].
