Shortcode Parameter – Too many characters?

Hello,

For some reason, when I put a short such as:

[display-posts image_size=”medium” include_author=”true” exclude_current=”true” category=”Diseases and Pests” posts_per_page=”40″”]

It shows no articles even though there is one article under that category. This same shortcode works for all my other categories. The article under that category is definitely filed under the category (confirmed in other ways) and the spelling is correct. I’ve tested a bunch and the only thing I can think of is that the category has too many characters and it is somehow triggering it not to pass through to the shortcode parameter?

Do you know if this is an actual issue?
