Shortcode plugin can’t update, recommended support can’t reply

I purchased shortcode plugin last year.
When the main plugin is at its latest version, it recommends to update shortcode to version 2.2, or, to contact Modalweb if it doesn’t show a update link.
I can’t find any update option in plugin list page.
My shortcode plugin version breaks the whole filemanager because of this version conflict, so I had to downgrade the main plugin in order to keep things working; that’s a big issue.

I contacted them two times in the last weeks, asking for update on their support page. No reply at all, so far.
