shortcode problem

    I just updated my WP installation this morning to the latest version and now my shortcodes no longer work. I see there was a bug fix related to shortcodes but I don’t understand what it was and how it might effect existing shortcodes. Can anyone shed light on what I can do to fix the problem (short of reinstalling and putting things back to the old version)

    After I posted the above, I did some more digging and reading through the comments about the bug fix. It looks like the main issue is with the space between the shortcode name and the parameter(s). So, as an experiment, I edited the page with the shortcode and simply deleted the space and retyped it, saved the page and viola, this shortcode works again!

    Posting this in case anyone else has the same issue.
