    @mark – Your quickest fix would be more likely to change the gallery_name to the gallery_id (number) … the placeholder <img> tag references are relative to the specific ATP inserted display and do not directly correspond to the gallery ID as the reference also includes pointers to all of the settings used for that specific display.

    @mark – Thanks for that idea … I think we may have underestimated some of the use cases for the NextGEN Legacy shortcode structures (the one you are using) when we translated them into the latest version of NextGEN Gallery.

    Most options and parameters were recreated so the backward compatibility would be more or less painless but we did not find a suitable solution for those using the gallery_name (or album_name) as their ID parameter.

    Yeah, I’m always surprised when I find out I’m using a plugin differently than intended. gallery_name is better than gallery_id in my particular environment, but only slightly. Still a great plugin.
