Shortcode [reviews] not working

Hi,

i develop my new homepage and found your plugin and love it. All works good but not the shortcode [reviews] in my content on home, when i set aggregation form to all pages, on home it appears two times, on other normal one.
Because i want page review aggregation only on selected pages, but first only on home, i hide always first form by css, so only on home is a form in view.

So, at the moment it seems, [reviews] shortcode is only applied, when setting is set to show form on all pages.

I’m using twentytwelve theme with a child, but tested also master different master themes, without luck.

I use wp network, your plugin is on central cms instance. Do you know, what to do, to make your plugins shortcode work fine?
