Shortcode [salesforce form="X"] not working

I have used WordPress-to-lead for Salesforce CRM on some of my websites simply by adding a text widget to the sidebar and using [salesforce form=”X”] there. However, this doesn’t seem to work now. [salesforce form=”X”] – stays just as it is. i.e. plain text. It doesn’t display the form. There is a separate w2l salesforce CRM widget, which works fine. But is there a way to get [salesforce form=”X”] code working? I want to move the form to a place, where I can’t use the widget.
