shortcode selection based on screen size

    I am using Twenty Twenty-Four theme and contact 7 form for the form creation. Basically, I am trying to create a contact form for the footer. The current form that I have for the footer won’t scale properly for the mobile. So I am thinking if it enters mode just switch to another form using a different shortcode. I have wpcode installed. I am just sure how to inject the php switch code.
