    I need more details: Which PHP version are you using? Which Shortcode? Are you using AJAX mode? Does the lookup work in the backend?

    If it is urgent, please downgrade the plugin for now, you can do it manually via ftp or use a Plugin such as “WP Rollback” for this.

    If possible, enable WP_DEBUG and check if you see PHP notices.
