That’s a very weird issue which we haven’t experienced so far, so thank you for reporting this.
Are you using Otter as a separate plugin or using the version provided inside Orbit Fox?
Apart from this, can give us a list of all the plugins you’re using so we could try to reproduce this on our end?

Seems to be an issue with the Internal Link Building plugin. If you disable it, it should work just fine.
Also, you can delete Blocks Animation: CSS Animations for Gutenberg Blocks as it’s already a part of Otter Blocks. 🙂
