Open a support ticket? Isn’t that what this is for, to notify you of a support issue. It’s not a caching issues and multiple people have reported the issue.

Shortcode hasn’t worked since 3.0.4, when it echoed a bunch of page content. 3.0.5-3.0.7 it doesn’t show anything at all.
This is the case with all 5 sites I manage that use this plugin, across multiple hosts.
@cdegraff1 since this is clearly not isolated to just a few people, is the support ticket really necessary? This can be verified simply by spinning up a fresh WP installation and putting the shortcode in a footer widget.

Okay, I am being told they are aware of this issue and working on a solution, which should be released early this week.
