Shortcode still exists

Hello all,

So I was using meta slider and decided to use another. I removed the shortcode from the header widget and deleted the plugin but then it showed the original shortcode I was using (even though it isn’t visible anywhere in the widget). If I reinstall the plugin and activate it, it goes away. If I de-activate the plugin in appears again. I tried switching themes and going back to the one I’m currently building and the same results occur.

Now with it activated it doesn’t show but I did find in the code using Google’s editor the following:

Anyone have an idea as to why this is happening and how I can fix it? Thanks!
