Firstly, I’d like to highlight that each email template available in the plugin settings for both the website admin and customers includes a list of supported tags. This ensures you can easily identify which email tags are available for each template.
Regarding the tags for service dates and times, these are used in the main {reservations_details} email tag. You can modify this tag by editing the corresponding “template part” in the plugin settings. To do this, navigate to Dashboard > Appointments > Settings > Emails tab > Template Parts section. In this template part, you’ll find several email tags, such as {start_time} and {end_time}, which you can use to display reserved appointments and their times.
