Sorry, looked everywhere but couldn’t find the answer to this question. I just want to list one category on a page on my site. Is there a shortcode for this?

Yes, we definitely support that. Our short codes are all documented here: http://businessdirectoryplugin.com/support-forum/faq/valid-bd-shortcodes-2-1/ The one you want is [WPBUSDIRMANMVIEWLISTINGS category=<id>] where <id> is the number of the category you want to display.

You can find those IDs under Directory->Directory Categories.
