Hi!
Thanks for reaching out!
As far as I can see SportsPress is 88% translated in italian:
https://translate.ww.wp.xz.cn/projects/wp-plugins/sportspress
We would greatly appreciate if you could help us with the remaining strings translations.
Thanks!
Kind Regards,
-Roch
Hi,
Thanks for the information, I definitely help you with the translations.
The strange thing is that the words that I need are already translated. I can see that in the settings page under the text tab and are already present in the italian language file so I don’t know why they don’t comes out.
Anyway thanks for your attention.
Regards,
Marco
Hi Marco!
Thank you for that!
Are they translated in some sections and in others they aren’t? Different sections may have different translation strings indeed. For example in the backend and in the frontend. But for the same element (shortcode) they should all be translated the same way all the time.
Thanks!

-Roch
Hi Roch,
maybe you’re right. So far the only place where I’ve found them translated is the sportspress setting page. In the frontend, as you can see here the event list
http://www.polisportivasantagostino.it/homepage/
are still not translated.
In the translation page you gave me there’s a development and a stable column. Which one should I translate?
Thanks
Marco
Hi Marco!
You can translate just the stable, as this is the version you guys are using. The development is usually for future versions, so if you want to translate that as well it would be great (probably they are the same strings).
As for your site itself, just to make sure this isn’t a theme issue I’d briefly enable Rookie or Twenty sixteen. Maybe your theme is interfeering with the tables.
Thanks!

Hi Roch,
Finally I’ve tested this translation problem with the rookie themes and everything seems to be working fine. The event list headline is in Italian as it should be. So these words are already translated. Does this mean that is a theme issue?
Thanks
Kind Regards,
Marco
Hi Marco!
If oce you translated everythign is fine it just mean that these strings were missing in the translation files 🙂
Thanks!
